Cranberry Sauce
This recipe comes from Vermont Cranberry Co. and is quick and easy.
  • 12oz Vermont cranberries
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  1. Bring water, sugar, and salt to boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add cranberries and reduce heat to medium.
  3. Simmer until most of the berries have popped (about 5 min).
  4. Cool to room temp and serve!
